April Showers Bring May Flowers

Daffodil Pencil

Add a little spring to your school day with this pretty crochet flower. This quick, charming project uses all of the basic crochet stitches, so it's a good way to practice!

For a variation, substitute craft sticks or pipe cleaners for stems and make a whole bouquet. It makes a great Mother's Day gift or teacher's gift!

Hair-Raising Headband

Our friend Tori was nice enough to model this simple, but pretty headband for us. Made with springy Cotton-Ease, it's shows off its knit seed stitch pattern beautifully. It also has a nice stretch to hold your hair back.

It's perfect to keep your hair back when you're playing tennis or other sports.
