In 2000, Rachel Doyle started the first GlamourGals chapter. She was 17 years old and looking for a way to honor her grandmother. Today, GlamourGals has chapters all over the U.S., consisting of teens ages 14 to 18 that go to nursing homes, senior living centers, and assisted living centers in their neighborhoods to reach out to the residents, through makeovers and fun activities for the residents. |
