Sunburst Medallion Girl's Vest
Created By: Susanne Iles
Pattern Source: other:
I posted this entry on my "Poppets and Poppets" blog, but thought other Lion Brand Customers would have fun with my easy Sunburst Medallion Pattern so decided to share it here as well. It crocheted up beautifully using BabySoft yarn and a size 3.00 mm hook.
Sometimes it is just fun to play with yarn and let your imagination take you where it will. The other day I was crocheting some sunny and flowery looking medallions in pink yarn. I thought I would string them together into a funky belt, or perhaps sew them up into a little girl's handbag.
My daughter held a few of them up to her shoulders and asked me to make them into a vest. Because the vest was sewn together as I went, I'm sorry I don't have the pattern for it, but I DO have the pattern for the medallion. Here it is...have fun!!! (the only limit to using the medallion is your imagination)
