FINISHING
Sew sleeve seams, leaving center of Shrug open for the body.
Ruffle:
From RS, with smallest circular needle and beg at right underarm, pick up and k 96 sts evenly
around body. Place marker and join. Work in k 2, p 2 Ribbing for 2 rows. Change to medium circular
needle and work in k 2, p 2 Ribbing for 6 rows. Change to largest circular needle and work in k 2, p
2 Ribbing for 12 rows. Bind off very loosely. Weave in ends.
