GAUGE:
20 sts + 28 rows = 4 in. [10 cm] in St st (k on RS, p on WS). BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE. When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. Shape Armhole Next Row (RS) Bind off 4 (4, 5, 5, 5, 5) sts at beg of next 2 rows, 3 (3, 3,4, 4, 4) sts at beg of next 2 rows, 2 (2, 2, 3, 3, 3) sts at beg of next 2 rows,1 (1, 1, 2, 2, 2) sts at beg of following 2 rows. [61 (63.5, 63.5,66, 68.5, 68.5) cm] from beg, shape shoulders as for Back.SLEEVES With straight needles and A, cast on 46 (46, 46, 46, 50, 50) sts. Work ink2, p2 rib as for Back, inc 4 sts evenly across last row- 50 (50, 50, 50, 54,54) sts. Change to St st and inc 1 st each side every 4th row 12 (12, 18, 18,16, 16) times, every 6th row 8 (8, 5, 5, 7, 7) times-90 (90, 96, 96, 100, 100)sts. Work even in St st until piece measures 17 (17, 18, 18, 19, 19) in. [43(43, 45.5, 45.5, 48, 48) cm] from beg, ending with a WS row. Neckband From RS, with circular needle and A, beg at right shoulder seam, pick up andk 26 (30, 30, 34, 38, 38) sts across back neck, 46 (46, 46, 50, 50, 50) stsalong left front neck, k1 from holder, place marker, k1 from holder, pick up andk 46 (46, 46, 50, 50, 50) sts along right front neck - 120 (124, 124, 136,140, 140) sts. Rnd 1 Work in k2, p2 rib to 2 sts before marker, k2tog twice, work in k2,p2 rib to end of rnd. Rep this rnd 4 more times. Change to B and rep last rndtwice more. Bind off in rib. Weave in ends.
