Pretty in Pink Collar

Lion Brand® Fun Fur®

GAUGE:

12 sts = 4 in. [10 cm] with 2 strands of yarn held together in Garter st (k every row). BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE. When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make a 4 in. [10 cm] square, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.

COLLAR
Beginning at neck edge, with 2 strands of yarn held together, cast on 45 sts. Work 4 rows in Garter st (k every row). Increase 3 sts evenly spaced across next row − 48 sts. Repeat last 5 rows 3 times more − 57 sts. Work even until piece measures 5 in. [12.5 cm] from beginning. Bind off.

FINISHING
Weave in ends. Cut ribbon length in half. Sew one half to each end of collar.
