NOTES: When changing colors, work last stitch to the point where there are 2 loops on hook, yarn over with new color to complete stitch.

With B, ch 85.
Row 1: Sc in 2nd ch from hook and in each ch across – 84 sc.
Row 2: Ch 1, sc in each sc across to last st, change to C, turn.
Row 3: Ch 1, sc in each sc across, turn.
Work even in sc, changing color in last sc of row in the following color sequence:
Rows 4-10: C.
Rows 11 and 12: D.
Rows 13-28: E.
Rows 29 and 30: A.
Rows 31-34: F.
Rows 35 and 36: B.
Rows 37-40: C.
Rows 41-46: D.
Rows 47 and 48: E.
Rows 49-66: A.
Rows 67-76: F.
Rows 77-86: B.
Rows 87-92: D.
Rows 93 and 94: A.

FINISHING
Weave in ends.
FELTING
Wash by machine on a hot wash/cold rinse cycle with detergent and several pieces of clothing to
agitate. To felt additionally, dry by machine on a regular setting until almost dry. Remove from
dryer and pull into shape.

| This was my first felted project. I used colors to match the room in which my cat spends a great deal of time. I was impressed with how beautifully it turned out---my family was, too! The yarn and pattern were both very nice to work with making this a project worth repeating.
