Hooded Ski Vest Reviewed by Ruth Waldron on 2009-03-22 ****
This is a great pattern and it knits up so fast!
Where I live I couldn't get the Licorice colour in the boucle so I bought Wild Berries and mixed it with the Homespun black. I used the Fuschia for the trim though and, instead of sewing in a zipper (I'm useless at that sort of thing!), I cast off most of the two front borders together using the three needle technique and it worked out well. I just pull the whole garment over my head.
I really like this body warmer and my only regret is that I didn't make it a little longer. If you make it, be prepared for it to look quite 'holey' and crocheted: I personally like that look! Well done, Lion Brand! Keep it up!
