neck edge. Do not fasten off. Work tie
by making a chain 9 in. [23 cm] long.
Fasten off. With RS facing, join yarn
with sl st on left front for other tie.
Make a chain 9 in. [23 cm] long. Fasten
off. Knot tie ends. Sew snap in position
on WS of Right Front and RS of Left
