 FRONT AND BACK
With 1 strand each of A and B held together, chain 18 (20, 22, 24, 26).
Row 1: Single crochet in 2nd chain from hook and every chain
across – 17 (19, 21, 23, 25) single crochet.
Row 2: Chain 1, turn, single crochet in each single crochet across– 17
(19, 21, 23, 25) single crochet.
Repeat Row 2 until piece measures 24 (24, 24, 26, 26) in. [61 (61, 61, 66, 66)
cm] from beginning. Fasten off.
FINISHING
Sew 5 (6, 7, 7, 8) stitches together at each shoulder, leaving 7 (7, 7, 9,
9) stitches open at neck. Sew side seams, leaving 8 (8, 8, 9, 9) in. [20.5
(20.5, 20.5, 23, 23) cm] open for armholes. Weave in ends. |

It was so easy to make.It was easy it took me 3 weeks to finish,but I used different yarn,because required microspun yarns is too pricey for me.I am 5'11' and I did it on longer length 28'.I used 2 strands super saver in baby pink and petal pink colors.I crochet 2 strands with 17 mm crochet hook of yarn and I had to buy 4 skeins.My shell looks like a warm bulky vest.It does not shrink.If you crochet this pattern with different yarn, it will look different.I plan to make more vests in different colors.
