Additional Materials
Circular knitting needle size 8 [5 mm] 29 in. [73.5 cm]
GAUGE:
13 1/4 sts = 4 in. [10 cm] in Seed st with A. When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. The needle or hook size called for in the pattern is based on what the designer used, but it is not unusual for gauge to vary from person to person. If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make your swatch, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles. Making a Gauge Swatch
Exact gauges is not imporant to this project.

STITCH EXPLANATION:
RUFFLE ROW: Instructions for this special technique can be found at www.lionbrand.com

NOTES:
This great scarf and wrist warmer set get their unique look from Ruffles yarn.

Knitting with Ruffles requires a special, yet simple, technique.

The loops are formed by inserting the needle into this tape-fabric yarn.
