INSTRUCTIONS



SCARF First Motif With 1 strand each of A, B and C held together, ch 4; join with sl st in first ch to form aring. Row 1: Ch 2, work 10 dc in ring; do not join. Row 2: Ch 3 (does not count as dc), turn, *dc in next dc, ch 1; rep from * across, end dc inlast dc. Row 3: Ch 1, turn, *(2 hdc, 1 dc, 2 hdc) in next ch-1 sp, sc in next dc; rep from * across.Do not fasten off. Second Motif Ch 4; join with sl st in first ch to form a ring. Row 1: Ch 2, work 8 dc in ring; do not join. Row 2: Ch 3 (does not count as dc), turn, *dc in next dc, ch 1; rep from * across, end dc inlast dc; sl st into center ring of previous motif. Row 3: Ch 1, turn, *(2 hdc, 1 dc, 2 hdc) in next ch-1 sp, sc in next dc; rep from * across.Do not fasten off. Continue making more of the Second Motif until the necklace measures 37 in. (94 cm) oruntil desired length is achieved. Final motif of necklace should be First Motif. Fasten off. FINISHING Weave in ends.
