in next hdc, ch 1; rep from * around; join with sl st in top of beg ch – 16 hdc.
Rnd 3: Ch 2, hdc in same st as join, hdc in next hdc, ch 1, *2 hdc in next hdc, hdc in next
hdc, ch 1; rep from * around; join with sl st in top of beg ch – 3 hdc in each of 8 segments with
ch-1 sp between each segment.
Rnds 4-8: Ch 2, hdc in same st as join, hdc in each hdc to next ch-1 sp, ch 1, *2 hdc in next
hdc, hdc in each hdc to next ch-1 sp, ch 1; rep from * around; join with sl st in top of beg ch –
8 hdc in each of 8 segments with ch-1 sp between each segment at end of Rnd 8.
Rnds 9 and 10: Ch 2, *hdc in each hdc to next ch-1 sp, ch 1; rep from * around; join with sl
st in top of beg ch.
Rnds 11-13: Ch 2, *hdc2tog, hdc in each hdc to next ch-1 sp, ch 1; rep from * around; join
