Make It Yours Purse-Dotty
Lion Brand® Lion® Wool
GAUGE: 12 single crochet and 15 rows = 4 in. (10 cm) before felting. BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE. When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make a 4 in. [10 cm] square, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.
STITCH EXPLANATION: EMBROIDERY STITCH EXPLANATIONS
French Knot Bring yarn from back to front through felt. Wrap yarn around needle 3 times, insert needle back into felt close to where it emerged. Pull knot gently to tighten. |

| Such a cute project! Super quick and super easy to make. The first time around I didn't make each French knot individually; I just carried the yarn the whole way. Then I realized the lines I was leaving on the inside. For the next ones I do, I'll do each knot separately (even though that's going to take some more time) but I think it will be well worth it!
