GAUGE:
14 sc +18 rows = 5 in. (12.5 cm) BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE. When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make a 4 in. [10 cm] square, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.
NOTES:
1. Use a separate ball of yarn for each color section, do not carry unused colors across work.
2. To change color, work last st of old color to last yarn over, yarn over with new color and draw through all loops on hook to complete stitch.
AFGHAN
With A, ch 123.
With A, sc in 2nd ch from hook and next 21 ch, *change to D, sc in next 28 ch, change to A, sc in next 22 ch; rep from * once – 122 sts.
Following chart for color changes, work in sc until chart has been completed.

Edging Rnd 1: From RS, join F with sl st. Ch 1, sc evenly around outside edge of Afghan, working 3 sc in each corner. Sl st to first sc to join. Rnd 2: With F, ch 1, turn, sc in each sc, working 3 sc in each corner, sl st to first st to join. Fasten off.
FINISHING
Weave in ends.

I loved this pattern.I love working with Vanna's Choice yarn anyway cuz it's very soft and her colors are awesome. I made this for my hubby and he uses it for his cat naps and said it's nice and warm.
