Felted Halloween Crown
Lion Brand® Lion® Wool
GAUGE: 16 sts + 29 rows = 4 in. (10 cm) in Garter st (k every row). BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE. When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make a 4 in. [10 cm] square, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.

| Birthday Crown Reviewed by Heather Rodgers on 2010-01-06 |

| I knitted this for my son's first birthday as well. It took me just a few hours. Super easy, but instead of machine felting, I did it by hand in the sick. I had no problems with the pattern. The only thing I did different was joining it together...I sewed it because I didn't have the materials specified in the pattern.
