Mini Hat Trick
Lion Brand® Wool-Ease® Thick & Quick®
GAUGE: 9 single crochet = 4 in. (10 cm). BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE. When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make a 4 in. [10 cm] square, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.
NOTES: Hat is worked in continuous rounds. Do not join at end of rounds.

| This was a fairly easy pattern for a beginner. I modified it a bit because the ear flaps weren't big enough (added one or two rows) also added a sc edging around the entire hat (above and around ear flaps). I used different lion brand yarn, not the thick and quick so had to make other modifications also. Added a little pom pom to the top, can't wait to see it on my niece!
