GAUGE: EXACT GAUGE IS NOT ESSENTIAL FOR THIS PROJECT.
BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE. When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. If it takes you less stitches and rows to make a 4 in. [10 cm] square, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.
STITCH EXPLANATION: | sc2tog (sc decrease) Insert hook into st and draw up a loop. Insert hook into next st and draw up a loop. Yarn over, draw through all 3 loops on hook. |

| Amigurumi Angel Fish Reviewed by Kathleen Faluski on 2008-04-17 |

I wanted to try to make "cotton" toys for the cancer-kids at our hospital...so I used Lion Brand Cotton in two colors, and made this cute angel fish. It will be a hit, I need to make 11 more! Pattern was well written and easy to follow!
