GAUGE: EXACT GAUGE IS NOT ESSENTIAL FOR THIS PROJECT.
BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE. When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. If it takes you less stitches and rows to make a 4 in. [10 cm] square, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.
STITCH EXPLANATION: | sc2tog (sc decrease) Insert hook into st and draw up a loop. Insert hook into next st and draw up a loop. Yarn over, draw through all 3 loops on hook. |
NOTES: Monster's Eyes, Arms and Legs are worked in continuous rnds; do not join or turn unless otherwise instructed.

| Omigosh this was so easy! It was my very first Amigurumi project and it was very basic! Instead I made it in blue, pink and white, and I call him cotton candy! We keep him by our laptop and we even made a little blanket for him at night!
