Cozy Collar Jacket

Lion Brand® Wool-Ease® Thick & Quick®

GAUGE:

8 sts and 12 rows = 4 in. [10 cm] in rev St st. BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE. When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make a 4 in. [10 cm] square, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.

STITCH EXPLANATION:

PATTERN STITCH (Note: For all except slide rows, turn work at end of row as usual to be ready for next row. Sliding sts to other end of needle results in striped reverse St st fabric without cutting of A and B for one row stripes. Carry colors not in use loosely along side.)
Rows 1 & 3 (RS): With A, purl.
Row 2:
With A, knit.
Row 4: With B, knit.
Row 5: Slide all sts to other side of circular needle (do not turn work); with A, knit.
Row 6: With B, purl.
Row 7: Slide all sts to other side of circular needle (do not turn work); with A, purl.
Row 8: With A, knit.
Rep Rows 1-8 for pat st.

NOTES:

Lower portion of Back and Fronts is worked vertically; yoke is worked horizontally.
