GAUGE:
One 3-dc group = 1 in. (2.5 cm) BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE. When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make a 4 in. [10 cm] square, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.
Exact gauges is not imporant to this project.

NOTES:
To change color, work last st of old color to last yarn over; yarn over with new color and draw through all loops on hook.

Fasten off old color.

Row 2: Ch 3, turn, work 2 dc in first sc, *sk 3 dc, sc in first ch of ch-3 sp, ch 3, dc in each of next 2 ch, dc in next sc; rep from * to last 3-dc group, end sk 2 dc, sc in top of turning ch.


Next Rows: Continuing in Color Sequence, rep Row 2 until Afghan measures about 46 in.
