GAUGE:
24 sts + 11 1/2 rows = 4 in. (10 cm) over pattern. When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. The needle or hook size called for in the pattern is based on what the designer used, but it is not unusual for gauge to vary from person to person. If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make your swatch, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles. Making a Gauge Swatch
Exact gauges is not imporant to this project.

NOTES:
1.

Top is worked in one piece from lower Back edge up to shoulder.

The piece is then divided and the Right Front worked.

The Left Front is then worked directly onto the completed piece.

2.

Edging is worked around the entire outside edge of Top.

The Edging will add width and length to the Fronts and Back.

3.

After the Edging is worked, Sleeves are worked directly onto the Top.
