FINISHING
Position the nose onto the head, thread a large-eyed blunt needle with the tail of yarn left on thenose and sew into place.
Position each ear onto the head, thread a large-eyed blunt needle with the tail of yarn left on theear and sew into place. Embroider eyes, nose and mouth as you wish.
Cut one of the legs off the panty hose. Using a piece of paper rolled into a cone as a funnel, fill with kitty litter. so that the leg is filled to a point where it is about 2 inches wide formost of its length. Tie off end. Take it outside (or hold over a garbage can) and shake well to get any dust out.
Turn the body of the kitty partially inside out. Place the toe end of the stocking into the tailof the kitty and hold onto the end of thestocking inside the tail and then turn the body right side out over the stocking, shaking asneeded to get the filled stocking inside. Once it is inside, position the stocking and the kittylitter so it is distributed as you'd like it.
Position the head so it joins the body. Thread a large-eyed blunt needle with the tail ofyarn left on the head and sew the head onto the body.
Optional: Tie a piece of yarn around the kitty and draw it tight at the point where you'd like to make it look like a tail begins.
