Crochet Sunshine Stripes Cellphone Holder
Lion Brand® Lion® Organic Cotton
GAUGE: 16 single crochet + 16 rows = 4 inches (10 cm) BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE. When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make a 4 in. [10 cm] square, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.

CELLPHONE HOLDER
Divide the yarn into 2 hanks. Dye one half to the color that you want.
The un-dyed yarn is the A color, the dyed yarn is the B color.
With A, Chain 2
Row 1: Work 1 single crochet in 2nd chain from hook -- 1 single crochet
Row 2: Chain 1, turn. Work 3 single crochet in stitch -- 3 single crochet
Row 3: Chain 1, turn. Work 2 single crochet in first stitch, single crochet in next stitch, 2 single crochet in last stitch-- 5 single crochet
Row 4: Change to B. Chain 1, turn. Single crochet in first stitch, 2 single crochet in each of next 2 stitches, single crochet in last stitch -- 7 single crochet
Row 5: Chain 1, turn. Single crochet in first stitch, 2 single crochet in next stitch; single crochet in each stitch to last 2 stitches, 2 single crochet in next stitch, single crochet in last stitch -- 9 single crochet
Row 6: Change to A. Chain 1, turn. Single crochet in first stitch, 2 single crochet in next stitch; single crochet to end -- 10 single crochet
