GAUGE:
6 V-sts + 8 rows = about 4 in. (10 cm). BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE. When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. INSTRUCTIONS
THROW Ch 136.
Row 1: V-st in 5th ch from hook, *sk next 2 ch, V-st in next ch; rep from * to last 2 ch, sk next ch, dc in last ch - 44 V-sts at the end of this row.
Row 2: Ch 3, turn, V-st in each ch-1 sp across, dc in top of beg ch.
Rep Row 2 until piece measures about 29 in.
(73.5 cm) from beg.
Do not fasten off.
Border:Ch 1, turn, work sc evenly spaced around entire outside edge of Throw, working 3 sc in each corner; join with slip st in beg ch.
Fasten off.
FINISHING Weave in ends.
