GAUGE:
4 double crochet stitches = about 4 in. (10 cm). EXACT GAUGE IS NOT ESSENTIAL FOR THIS PROJECT.
Exact gauges is not imporant to this project.

NOTES:
1.

Scarf is worked with multiple strands of yarn held together.

2.

The chain 3 at the beginning of each row counts as a stitch and should be counted when you are counting your stitches at the end of each row.

Take care not to work a double crochet into the first stitch of each row (at the base of the chain 3), this would cause the total number of stitches in a row to increase.

Work the last stitch of each row into the top of the beginning chain 3 of the previous row.
