GAUGE:
6 half double crochet stitches + 4 rows = 4 in. (10 cm). BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE. When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make a 4 in. [10 cm] square, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.
Exact gauges is not imporant to this project.
NOTES:
1.
Throw is made up of five Panels worked separately, then sewn together.
2.
The color is changed every 10 rows on each Panel.
3.
To change color, work last stitch of old color to last yarn over.
Yarn over with new color and draw through all loops on hook to complete the stitch.
Fasten off old color.
4.
The chain 2 at the beginning of every row is a turning chain and does not count as a stitch.
