NOTES:

Warp is set up and weft is woven using multiple colors.

Follow Warp Color Sequence and Weft Color Sequence.

All warping and weaving is done with 4 strands of yarn held together for yarns A, B, F, G and H, and 3 strands of yarn held together for yarns C, D and E.

Wind each ball of yarns A, B, F, G and H into 4 separate balls and wind each ball of yarns C, D and E into 3 separate balls before beginning.


INSTRUCTIONS



Loom Configuration Use the following pieces: (4) 12-hole pieces and (4) corner pieces.Connect pieces to form a square as follows: 12-hole piece > corner piece > 12-hole piece > corner piece > 12-hole piece > corner piece > 12-hole piece > corner piece.



Insert a small peg into every hole of assembled loom - 68 small working pegs placed.

Insert a contrast color small peg in upper right hand corner for slip knot.



COLORS Scarlet with Red Sparkle (A) White with Red Sparkle (B) White (C) Medium Red (D) Cool Green (E) White with Silver Sparkle (F) White with Green Sparkle (G)Green with Emerald Sparkle (H)

COASTERS (make 3)Follow loom manual instructions on WEAVING for how to set up the warp, weave the weft, and remove weaving from the loom.



WARP COLOR SEQUENCE Set up the warp across the 17 pegs placed across 2 sides as follows: Warp 5 pegs with 4 strands of A Warp 3 pegs with 4 strands of B Warp 1 peg with 3 strands of C Warp 3 pegs with 4 strands of B Warp 5 pegs with 3 strands of D

WEFT COLOR SEQUENCE Weave the weft across the 17 pegs placed across remaining 2 sides changing colors as follows: Weave 5 rows with 3 strands of E Weave 3 rows with 4 strands of F Weave 1 row with 4 strands of G Weave 3 rows with 4 strands of F Weave 5 rows with 4 strands of H

FINISHING With sewing needle and thread, take a few stitches over each yarn end to secure to coaster.
