Exact gauge is not essential to this project.

BOA
With A, chain 67.
Row 1 Single crochet in 2nd chain from hook and in each chain across – 66 sc.

Row 2 Chain 1, turn. Working in front loop only of each stitch, * 1 single crochet in next single crochet, chain 7; repeat from * across, ending 1 single crochet in last stitch.

Row 3 Chain 1, turn. Work 1 sc in remaining (unworked) loop of each sc worked in previous row – 66 sc.

Rows 4 and 5 Repeat Rows 2 and 3.

Row 6 Change to Color B and repeat Row 2.

Row 7 Repeat Row 3.

Rows 8 and 9 Repeat Rows 2 and 3.

Fasten off and weave in ends.

My 11-yer-old daughter wanted me to make this scarf without the bulk. I finished Row 1 & 2 then fastened off. Easy!
