GAUGE: 7 chain stitches = 4" [10 cm]. Note: Gauge is for chain only. Exact gauge is not essential for this project. BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE. When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make a 4 in. [10 cm] square, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.

An amazingly easy pattern that makes beautiful scarves. I used the red rainbow boucle all the way including the edging since it's already fluffy and I LOVE it! The only setback with using this yarn is that it's hard to see the stitches so it took a little longer since I'm guessing where they are by feel. The upside is that the fluffiness hides a multitude of sins. I'll also use a solid color next time. The rainbow gives it a lot more contract that I'd like. Have fun with it!
