Lion Brand® Lion® Suede
GAUGE: 5 (half-double crochet, chain 2) spaces + 8 rows = 4 inches [10 cm].
BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE. When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make a 4 in. [10 cm] square, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.

The pattern itself is VERY EASY but I ended up frogging my project because I couldn't stand the look with the bulky yarn I used from my stash (Chunky, USA).
Since I do love the pattern, I will be restarting with a lighter yarn.
Wish LB would start adding pics to their patterns showing hook placement, etc.. for beginners.
