One-Stitch Baby Sweater
Lion Brand® Cotton-Ease® (original)
GAUGE: 15 sts = 4 inches (10 cm) in garter st (k every row). BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE. When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make a 4 in. [10 cm] square, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.
STITCH EXPLANATION: | ssk (slip, slip, knit) Slip the next 2 sts as if to knit, one at a time, to the right needle; insert the left needle into the fronts of these 2 sts and k them tog to dec 1 st.

| One-Stitch Baby Sweater Reviewed by Kay Tran on 2013-05-06 |

Very easy sweater, knits up quickly. I used weight 6 yarn and size 13 circular knitting needles.
Although the pattern doesn't indicate what the gauge should be row-wise, you can just measure and move onto the next step when you've knitted an appropriate amount.
I began to deviate from the directions towards the end to get the sweater even, and that might affect the fit. Baby isn't big enough to try on the sweater, but the sweater looks cute.
