Row 1 *Knit 3, purl 3, repeat from *, end knit 3.
Row 2 *Purl 3, knit 3, repeat from *, end purl 3.
Repeat these 2 rows for pattern.
1. Scarf can be made working less rows in each color. Working 30 rows of each color will make a scarf approximately 68 inches long.
2. To keep in pattern, remember that knit stitches look like a “V inches and purl stitches look like a bump.
3. Original scarf is worked in order of colors listed here.
SCARFWith first color, cast on 33 stitches. Work in 3 x 3 ribbing for 40 rows. Join each color in order listed and work 40 rows of each color in ribbing as established. Bind off in ribbing. Weave in ends.
