Bias Knit Scarf
Lion Brand® Moonlight Mohair
GAUGE: 12 stitches (measured along bias row; Note: final scarf
width above is measured horizontally across body of scarf, not
diagonally along the bias) + 16 rows (8 ridges) = 4 inches (10 cm) in
garter stitch (knit every row). BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE. When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make a 4 in. [10 cm] square, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.

| A quick easy pattern that is fun to knit. The finished scarf Glacier Bay)was just the right length to lightly wrap over and tuck into my open collared jacket. Since it was a little "itchy" I added Fun Fur in black, on the edge later, with a crocheted slip stitch. I also made the Warm Wristlets mitts with a second skein of the Glacier Bay Moonlight Mohair. The set looks pretty "uptown" to me!
