Very Easy Ripple Shawl
Lion Brand® Microspun
GAUGE: 22 sts and 26 rows = 4 inches with size 6 (4mm) knitting
needles. BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE. When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make a 4 in. [10 cm] square, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.

SHAWL [over a multiple of 18 sts + 6 extra] Cast on 132 sts.Row 1 (right side) Knit. Row 2 K3, purl to last 3 sts, k3. Row 3 K3, *[k2tog] 3 times, [yo, k1] 6 times, [k2tog] 3 times; repeat from * to last 3 sts, k3. Row 4 Knit. Repeat rows 1-4 until piece measures 60 inches from beg. Bind off all sts. Weave in ends.

| I have made this pattern twice; once in fushia, and once in black. Love them - great weight for cool indoor A/C situations. Microspun is very soft and easy to use.
