GAUGE:

20 sts + 24 rows = 4" (10 cm) in St st (k on RS, p on WS) on larger needles. BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE. When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make a 4 in. [10 cm] square, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.

Sleeveless Turtleneck Reviewed by Linda K Fallon on 2008-06-25 *****
Very impressed with the armholes as they finished nicely. I did not care for the turtleneck (as you can see from the picture, it does not come down far enough), but used larger sized needles and ribbed it a little longer so that it would lie flat and cover where the turtleneck was added. I used a classy yarn and got a very classy turtleneck to wear!
